A:   IntelleCat™ is a unique patented blend of artificial intelligence and "knowledge capture". What this means is that IntelleCat™ "learns" over time the purchasing profile of an entire buying organization. The major benefit of this is that the expertise, experience, and knowledge of senior employees can be shared with the rest of the company. Thus making sure that the institutional knowledge and wisdom is retained. This means that the more IntelleCat™ is used the more attuned it becomes to your company. A:   Because while outsourcing appears on the surface to be less expensive (as outsourcing can be obtained for less than US $10/man hour), in Veriscape's business analysis we see that the amount of total all-in cost for outsourcing substantially exceeds the costs of having specialized support engineers directly support our clients world-wide. For example, Veriscape has calculated that for IT outsourcing for IntelleCat the pure IT time required to resolve the problem is approximately 12 man hours and thus equaling US $120. On the contrary an IntelleCat senior support person can often resolve the same problem in 15 minutes, thus a cost of US $62.50. These are the hard dollar costs. Now we must consider what the outage is costing our customers and their inability to access the system which could run into the thousands of US dollars, so this is a classic example of false economy which Veriscape feels does not serve its global user base to the level they have the right to expect. Veriscape is committed to achieving as close as possible to 100% customer satisfaction and outsourcing to a generic help desk clearly will not achieve that goal. As a concrete example IntelleCat trained support experts were able to provide a Production resolution within 23 hours, and in reviewing support criteria for outsourcing we estimated that the Production resolution would have taken in excess of 18 days.
A:   There is over 100 man years of R&D in IntelleCat, and 750,000 man years of IntelleCat usage data. This level of usage, testing and software refinement can be installed within your organization within a matter of days.
